Special Needs Accommodations

Please let us know if you have any special needs accommodations. We are happy to accommodate your participation. 

Dogs

Well-behaved dogs are allowed at most classes and trainings. Please reach out before hand to discuss any needs. 

Lodging

The most convenient lodging for WILD activities would be at ACE Adventure Resort. There are also several hotels and Airbnb/VRBO options in the area. 

Cancellation Policy

Once we confirm your reservation, much of the cost in organizing the trip is spent long before you arrive.
Should you have to cancel, please give as much notice as possible. Please note rescheduling fees will be applied.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the date of your trip will receive a full refund minus the non-refundable deposit (if one was taken).
Cancellations made by noon on the day prior to your arrival for emergency reasons (sickness, car broke down, etc) will receive a rain-check good for one year from the trip date.
No-shows on the day of the activity and cancellations made after noon on the day prior to your arrival will not be considered for a rain-check or refund.
