John Bradshaw, one of our Off-Road 101 Driving and Recovery instructors, is a certified trainer and a key member of the International 4-Wheel Drive Trainers’ Association (I4WDTA®). He plays a vital role in training and mentoring Trainer and Facilitator Candidates (TFCs).  Through his training programs, John not only imparts technical skills but also instills a respect for the environment and the principles of responsible off-roading and vehicle preservation. John’s passion for vehicles has lead to experience working on a wide variety of platforms from 1930s Model A Fords to outfitting the local Volunteer Fire Department’s 2022 GM Search and Rescue drone support vehicle.  John’s dedication to excellence and his diverse background make him a standout figure in the off-road community, continuously contributing to the advancement and education of off-road enthusiasts worldwide.

With a lifetime of off-road driving experience worldwide, John has honed his skills in some of the most challenging environments. His international experience includes experience in large scale infrastructure construction and international aid work, providing him with a unique perspective and deep understanding of off-road driving in diverse conditions.  His hands-on experience in Africa with Doctors Without Borders highlights his dedication to using his skills for humanitarian efforts, making a tangible difference in communities around the globe.  His work on large civil engineering projects, in emergency medical transport, and international emergency relief has broadened his expertise and exemplifies his commitment to both service and excellence.
