AMKUS Rescue systems has put together a Vehicle Extrication Seminar that will combine classroom with some hands-on practice with their tools! This will cover Auto Extrication Awareness, with a certificate from PST, as well as additional in-service training hours.

We will review hydraulic principles and theories, explore the new generation of battery-operated rescue tools, review BASIC new car technologies, stabilization principles, and techniques for auto extrication. Then we will put what we learned to use with some hands-on practice on donated vehicles.

Bring your extrication gear, particularly gloves! If no extrication gear, wear long pants, long sleeves, and steel toe boots. Bring safety standard eye protection, gloves, helmet.
